Exhibitor Instructions are prepared for all events approximately four weeks prior to the show date. Review the instructions for the shows in which you are exhibiting and forward the appropriate information to FITS.

Listed below are the shows for which instructions have been published. Click on Show Instructions to view and print instructions for the events in which you are exhibiting. Complete the requested information at the top of the instructions and forward to FITS by hitting the "Send" button. If you have completed a User Profile, most fields will already be filled in for you.

Exhibit Guide Listings only need to be completed once. You can always update or edit your listing to reflect your current products and services.
